Commercial and private interiors or objects alike can derive from the advantages of sublimation on steel. Here you can achieve a vintage metal look but you can also transfer a pixel-perfect photograph or graphic onto metal.
The whole process starts on the computer screen. The effects you want to get are only limited by your imagination – any result is possible. The image printed on transfer paper can be sublimated on metal now, as long at it’s pretreated with a polyester coating.
Depending on the type of metal and its finishing – matt or glossy, structured, white-coated or varnished the effects of sublimation will be diverse. Even though the process of transferring image onto metal is the same in every case, the results will differ decidedly depending on what results we want. Transferring graphics onto metallic sheets like steel allows to merge design with metal purposes and achieve the multi-dimensional feel of the surface.
